Dubai Public Prosecution referred to the Criminal Court a 27-year-old Arab woman for drug use and promotion, after seizing it after handing a sample of hashish drug to a police officer, in preparation for selling it to him, and later admitted that she was promoting drugs through social networks because she needed to pay the rent of her house.



A witness from the General Department of Narcotics Control at Dubai Police said that reliable information came to the administration that the accused person used drugs and psychotropic substances, and possessed a quantity of them with the intention of promoting them to the drug users in exchange for money.

After research and investigation, the information was verified, and a policeman was assigned to communicate with the accused as a customer, and he asked for a quantity of drugs through a social networking application, she told him that she has cannabis, and they agreed to complete the handover process near a hotel.



On the day of the meeting, the policeman arrived in a civilian patrol, and the suspect was installed with him, then she gave him a sample of the hashish drug that she was promoting, then he sent a signal stating the completion of the handover and receipt process, that's one the Police forces interfered to catch the suspect.
