UAE .. Free mobile internet in support of distance learning

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) announced that it has coordinated with service providers to provide free internet data via a mobile phone to families who do not have home internet services, in order to facilitate these families access to a distance learning service for their student children launched by the Ministry of Education with the support of "Etisalat" and " Du. "

With this new step, the two companies will provide a package of data needed to access the remote learning feature for families without home internet, free of charge.

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) thanked the service providers (Etisalat, Du) for this initiative, which confirms their keenness to actively contribute to implementing the leadership directives and the success of the distance learning initiative launched by the Ministry of Education.
